Well, it's hard to believe, but Jayden turned three years old this past Friday. It seems like just the other day when we headed to the hospital awaiting her arrival and now she's this adorable, bright girl who has captured a big part of our hearts!! Friday she got to take cupcakes to school to share with her classmates. Thursday Jessalyn made the cupcakes and Jayden and her decorated them...each one unique and of course, delicious! They had a great time with the little project! Saturday was the big party day...at Chuck E Cheese with friends and family. It was fun to watch all the kids play and get so excited about Chuck E Cheese's appearance. Today Jayden got a few more gifts and one of those was a Jeep from Terri's mom...although I think that all of us were more excited about it than Jayden. She had fun with it, but hasn't quite gotten the hang of this driving thing, but that's okay, she's got LOTS of time. We took it over to our neighbors to see if Jayden's friend, Luke, wanted to come join her. He's not quite two and wasn't really sure about that...it was so cute to watch the two of them checking it out. Jayden also got her first bee sting while outside, so that took away a bit of the excitement...but after a bit of TLC...she was back outside playing and hardly remembered what that "mean bee" did to her!
Here are a couple of pics from Jayden's visit to the Puyallup Fair a couple of weeks ago with Terri, Mandy and Jessalyn. It was a perfect fall day and they all had a great time!
Tomorrow (Monday), Terri and her mom are heading out for a four day cruise out of Seattle to British Columbia...the weather looks to be good and they are looking forward to a few days of fun and sightseeing...and enjoying the company of her mom's friends from her investment group.
Hope all of you are enjoying the fall...and having some nice weather...it's been great around here lately, but fall has certainly arrived, though it's been beautiful!
